2. Services Provided

• Yacht charter (bareboat, crewed, gulet, motor yacht)
• Brokerage and yacht rental mediation
• Additional services: transfers, provisioning, crew, excursions

All offers displayed on the website are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Booking & Contract

• Booking requests can be made via website, email, or phone.
• The contract becomes valid only after written confirmation and deposit payment.
• The client must provide accurate personal details and valid skipper licenses (for bareboat charters).

4. Payment Terms

• Reservation deposit: 50% of the charter price upon confirmation.
• Remaining balance due 4 weeks before departure.
• Payments accepted via bank transfer or credit card.
• Prices exclude fuel, marina fees, food, and crew gratuities unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation by Client

The client may provide a replacement guest if approved by Yes Yacht Charter.

6. Cancellation by Company / Force Majeure

Possible reasons include bad weather, mechanical failure, war, pandemic, or government restrictions.

Remedies may include an alternative yacht of similar class, a new date, or a full refund.

No additional compensation claims are accepted (flights, hotels, etc.).

7. Insurance & Deposits

• All yachts are insured with hull and third-party liability insurance.
• A security deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card).
• Damage caused by negligence or gross misconduct will be fully charged to the client.

8. Client Responsibility

• The yacht, equipment, and inventory must be handled with care.
• All maritime laws, port regulations, and skipper responsibilities must be respected.
• Illegal substance use or unsafe behavior results in contract termination.

9. Liability

Yes Yacht Charter is not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Weather changes, delays, or itinerary changes
• Injuries caused by passenger negligence
• Services provided by third-party suppliers

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except where required for legal or operational reasons (marinas, port authorities, suppliers).

11. Copyright & Website Use

All texts, photos, logos, and layouts are the property of Yes Yacht Charter. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
